Fund Profile
VPEG3 is a Private Equity Fund of Funds established to provide investors with access to the returns generated by the top performing Buyout and Later Expansion Private Equity Funds in Australia. To enhance portfolio diversification, the Fund intends to also invest directly into eligible growth private equity investments, As a result VPEG3 will ultimately build a highly diversified portfolio of profitable private company investments all with proven products and services.

In line with best practice in funds management, the Investment, Audit & Risk Committee (Investment Committee) of the Fund includes independent members. The independent members of the Investment Committee are Rod McGeoch AO (Chairman) and Patrick Handley.
