In March 2017, VPEG3 made an initial $5m investment commitment to Adamantem Capital Fund 1 . Initial funds were drawn from VPEG3 to Adamantem Capital Fund 1 to fund its first investment, Heritage Lifecare, in the November 2017. In December 2017, VPEG3 increased its total commitment to Adamantem Capital Fund 1 to $10m
In May 2017, VPEG3 made a $7m investment commitment to Odyssey Private Equity Fund 8 . Initial funds were called from VPEG3 to Odyssey Private Equity Fund 8, to fund its first investment, OZtrail, during December 2017.
In August 2017, VPEG3 completed a $10m investment commitment to the Advent Partners 2 Fund. Advent completed their first investment for the Advent Partners 2 Fund, Silk Laser Clinics, during January 2018.
In August 2017, VPEG3 completed a $0.25m co-investment into Fitzpatrick Financial Group.
In September 2017, VPEG3 completed a $12m investment commitment to Allegro Fund III. Initial funds were drawn from VPEG3 to Allegro Fund III, to fund its first investment, No.1 Shoes & Hannah’s during November 2017.
In November 2017, VPEG3 completed a $10m investment commitment in Anchorage Capital Partners Fund III.
In August 2018, VPEG3 completed a $0.50m co-investment in Tribe Brewing Pty Ltd.
In November 2018, VPEG3 completed a $7.5m investment commitment in Mercury Capital Fund 3.
In December 2018, VPEG3 completed a $10m investment commitment in Next Capital Fund IV
